What's New?
Annual dues were due on April 30. If you have any questions
about your dues or have not received your invoice please contact Melinda Wente at 360-294-1624. If you have
not sent in your dues please do so immediately. Remember dues
are now $125.00 per year.
At the Annual Homeowners' Meeting on Wednesday March 18, 2009 the two ballot items of importance were determined.
The motion to increase annual dues to $125.00 per year was approved. The motion
to create a special assessment for the retention ponds in the amount of $125.00 per year for the next five years
failed. The annual meeting was then continued to resolve some budget issues.
We are currently getting bids on the common area maintenance to help make the decision on the budget for 2009. On April 29th at the continued
annual meeting for the 2009 budget we had to continue it again to a time to be determined because we were
unable to gather enough information to bring to the homeowners. A letter will be sent out to all homeowners with
the new meeting date.
Monthly Board meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month. Our next
board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
