What's New?
Annual HOA
Finally our annual meeting met the requirements of the quorum. We had in attendance or by proxy 50 votes.
The measure to change our bylaws passed 45 - 5. Now, if a board member is continually absent he/she can be replaced
by a simple motion of the board. Thanks to all who turned in their ballots. We also have a new board in place.

Our annual assessment for dues were due by
April 30. If you haven't paid them as of yet or if you have any questions about your dues please contact
our treasurer, Melinda Wente, at 360-294-1624. 2010
dues are $125.00. Late notices have been sent out and a late fee has been
added to your account if payment has not been received.

We have a new landscaping
crew for 2010, Sefuentes Landscaping. If you like what you see, stop and thank them for their work. If you

Eagle Ridge is a tight knit community nestled
in the hills above Sultan, Washington with breathtaking 360 degree views. We have walking trails and park areas as well
as a basketball court and play area for kids.
Volunteers Wanted. We will be needing volunteers to help trim back blackberry bushes, paint,
weed, and clean up trash each month in the common areas as the weather gets better. Contact us at 360-294-1624
