Annual HOA Meeting Coming Up Soon
Our annual homeowners' meeting will be coming up soon. Look for announcement in
your mail. Meetings are held down at the community room in downtown Sultan at the library to voice your opinions
and concerns, vote on the 2012 budget, and elect a new board. If you can't make it, be sure to send in
your proxy ballot so your vote can be counted. Our annual assessment for dues are due April 30.
A late fee of $25 will be added if payment is not received. If you have any questions about your dues, please contact
our treasurer, Melinda Wente, at board@eagleridgehomes.org.
2012 dues are $125.00.

Our landscaping crew for
2012, Sefuentes Landscaping, continues doing a great job. If you like what you see, stop and thank them for

as a basketball court and play area for kids.
Volunteers Wanted.
We will be needing volunteers to help trim back blackberry bushes, paint, weed, and clean up trash each month in the common
