Continued Annual HOA Meeting June 29th
Our annual homeowners' meeting needed to be continued for a second time due
to lack of quorum (not enough people showed up or turned in their ballot). Meet down at the community room in downtown
Sultan at the library at 7pm on Wednesday June 29th to voice your opinions and concerns, vote on the 2011 budget, and
elect a new board. If you can't make it, be sure to send in your proxy ballot so your vote can be counted.
Our annual assessment for dues was due April 30. A late fee of $25 will be added if payment was
not received. If you haven't paid them as of yet, or if you have any questions about your dues, please contact
our treasurer, Melinda Wente, at board@eagleridgehomes.org to make payment arrangements.
2011 dues are $125.00.
