Resolution: Jerry to look up what we need to do to record the quorum requirement change
in the assocation's governing documents. Passed unanimously.
Board positions formalized and appointments

Proposed:
Have new vote in September to raise dues to $125 and also have a limited special assessment of an additional
$125 for 3 years.
Discussion:
This proposal addresses the concern that many homeowners had about the recently
voted-on dues increase, which would have rated dues to $250 until such time as another vote of the association changed it.
In other words, it was open-ended.
On the other hand, having recently had a vote on this matter the homeowners have made
their opinion known. Holding off until the next annual meeting before calling for another vote to increase the dues
will do a lot to increase trust among the homeowners for the board. Calling for another vote too soon may stir negative
sentiment.
The proposal was tabled.
Next meeting will be July 30, 2008.
