Eagle Ridge of Sultan HOA Meeting

Present:  Jerry Knox, Robert Wente, Sam Pinson, Mandy Bendewald

Meeting called to order at 7 pm

·         Review and accept 5/30/07 meeting minutes.

·         The storage company refunded our money

·         Executive Meeting to follow open meeting

New Business:

·         Financial Update given by R. Wente.

o   24 Homes with outstanding dues

 

·         Newsletter

o   Mandy will bring sample to next meeting

 

·         Website

o   Sam will update

o   The site should include proposed agenda, homeowner agenda submission form, budgets, and CCNRs

 

·         Activities

o   Easter Egg Hunt – budget

o   Garage Sale

o   Outdoor Movie Night – Can we borrow a popcorn popper?

o   Bike Derby?

o   Fire Dept – truck wash and education for kids – this is free

·         Eagle Ridge Sign needs to be updated

·         Parking Violations must be reported to the police

·         Past President Lee is still on the bank account.  Motion to remove.  Seconded by Sam Pinson.

OPEN:

·         Homeowners suggest Bike Derby and Fire Truck Wash as events.

·         A section of the neighborhood feels they are not included in neighborhood wide events.

·         Adjourned at 8:15 pm
